Don't make house like these anymore. All new and refurbished shit. I can see the appeal. If you don't take care of it, it'll turn out like this dump.

That'd be pretty fuckin' hard to hide. Especially in this place. That's not me.

The other options I'm thinking of aren't so good either.

I don't know what else to say because asking you to trust me is asking quite a bit. And it sounds guilty too.
